To program or not to program

I’ve always been interested in programming with Swift but as for designing, I can’t draw a stick figure. Should I look into something else? Thanks!!

Hmm... Perhaps you're not aware that "App design" is still a bit ambiguous. Based on your response and the phrasing of the question, I'm going to assume you're making a correlation between Swift, as a programming language, and the UI design. However, "app design" can apply to any of the following: - UI Design (Creative / Aesthetics) - UX Design (Intuitive and Effective Experiences) - Software Architecture Design (Development) These are all very different disciplines and typically involve different people. Therefore, creative skills won't impact your ability to build apps using Swift. In fact, you'll be able to use UI component libraries to build most of what you need. Hopefully, this response answers your question.

Jeff Hall I'm not following the context of your question. What does drawing have to do with programming in Swift?

You started the Swift course four years ago and haven't even completed 1/4 of it. Then I can probably assume that you lack the desire. How do you think about it?

Why Swift, specifically? Programming languages are mere tools. You must first look for the nails before you find yourself a hammer.
