First of all you should pick up the programming language that you would lile to learn, for example if you are interested in web development then you should go for html, javascript or php, if you want to make an app then you should learn java or c#...
Then you go to the course of the language you want to learn and start studying :)
Then you can try to solve some coding challenges to improve and practice what you have learnt!
Also is a good practice to look at other people’s code to see how they do things and everytime you got some doubts or you dont understand something you can ask for help in Q&A section :)
