How to learn technical (for programming) English language without pain?

My English level is about pre-intermidiate. Im try not use Google translate.

As a teacher of English I would suggest a course, but if that is not possible I’d say, read as much as you can in English. Read the BBC website, or if that is too difficult, read the Cbbc website. you can also improve your English by going to learnenglish.britishcouncil.org there you can practise with reading, listening, writing, etc. you can also do a language level test there to see where you need to start. important is to do so daily. It doesn’t have to be much, but practising for 10 minutes every day has a great effect. also, don’t get stuck on the idea that you need to learn “programming” English. You need to learn/study English to improve your skills. With those improved skills you can read more difficult texts about programming and have better concersations about programming which in turn help you learn to speak/write “programming” English. good luck!
