Yes. Since C is considered mother of all programming languages (C++, Java, C# etc are derived from C) and is still used very widely there must be a tutorial on C also.

I think it is the first language a programmer should learn . it is good if we have c language in sololearn

These tutorial sadly don't have general programming introduction, but on the web are a lot of that, sololearn is not the only way to learn
