Different languages that excell in different areas. Programming languages are mere tools. Why ask which is better?

what's better a hammer or a drill? that depends on if you need to screw or nail something. if speed is what you're after assembly will win every time. code readability python is generally better than either of those. depends on what you need it for. generally the best language is the one you know.

C++ is fast but hard and short to use word Java is slow,long but support many platform So um made this two ninja fighting is hard

actually with modern Java the difference depends on what you're doing. Java is now faster at something's than c++. memory management presents a unique challenges in c++ but also gives you greater control and flexibility. so like I said. it's a hundred percent about what you need to do with it. also I've never met someone who actually likes Java. lots love c++ tho

Btw java is more comparable with C#. Because both are modern, full OOP languages with support a large library framework. The C++ is a :strong oldie, you can code in it many things, but it is a hard work to code everything is need..
