why <graphics.h> is not compile in c++?

Question

I don't understand that why it is not compile in mobile.If anybody knows,please explain.
And if any app is present from which we can make graphics program in mobile using c++,please tell.

<graphics.h> won't work in Sololearn code-playground. However you can run your code in CppDroid app.
