HELP!!

What's the best way to practice programming? Somebody help. I am currently teaching myself Java programming. Already did PHP basics

do u mean practice what u know or learn more? If u r trying to practice I would suggest downloading Java and practice writing your own programs.

yes but it would really help you to gain experience to try it off of apps or websites. for example the sololearn consoles are very limited especially for input. I have coded simple webgames in JS, but I cannot do the same code on sololearn. so I would suggest using as many resources as u can :)

Thanks for your response and advice. Yes I meant practicing what I know. How about advanced guys here giving challenges to newbies? That would really help

Well, you can use the code playground here to practice all you want. This will allow us to view your source as well so we may give direction.

I don't know exactly how much java you have, so if you want a challenge, I'll give you something common and simple.

Why don't you utilize conditional statements to make a simple rock, paper, scissors program? Also try adding your own unique flair to it that makes it different from other iterations of the program. Once you're done, post the code playground link here and I'll take a look at it :)
