PYTHON LEARNING BY MAKING SOMETHING(building project)

Question

Hey guys i wanted to suggest can solo learn add challenges that are literal or rather that a project focused..what i mean is like am learning Python, most of the things i learn but after learning i find it hard to apply or put it into a project of my own...maybe if solo learn make their lessons in a way that is like a game,you coded and learn as you make a something project from their guide...let say if it is HTML then making a website systematic using the guiding at least you learn better.
