Is it good habit that instead of learning one should always Busy with challenges?

we should learn first. then try to make code ...

It's a better habit to practice coding rather than playing repetitive dumb challenges, which doesn't train you to write program that solve specific problems, but only train a (little) part of your memory (but not necessarly to memorize what you will really need in your coding) ^^
