Guys , Can we practice Swift and Ruby on Windows with iOS virtual environment ?

I am supposed to ask this question because ... I have Windows Operating System .. and I would like to be a Android /iOS developer ... 🤔

Android and iOS envs - two different ecosystem. Choose one of them. Yes you can assemble iOs virtual machine. But it's not good idea. Just buy used mac mini (200-300$)
And YES - you can use Ruby on Windows
