How can i combine logic & design thinking in my android apps ?

i often see some android developers hire a designer. what if i want to combine these skill together, doing both the design and logic. how can i make it? any suggestion please?

Design is nothing but UI / UX. for starters you can try prototyping in Invision. Logic is the code written to achieve it.

You can do both, and yes it is feasible. Let me put it this way, the UI features of the app is determined by designer and it is not fixed, especially when they follow the spiral software model. It is more efficient and productive when the work is divided. but if your still interested in doing both or achieving both in one go, then you gotta survey all the different UI + strong css/SaaS skills and strong js in both animation and functionality (server side and client side).
