What did i do wrong?

the line will not correct to the right! I've tried a few different fixes I either move it all the way left, or remove it completely. ughhh

Update: the bwidth set to +2 instead of -2 gives a somewhat desired effect, except my vertical is outside of the rectangle slightly.
