PHP or JavaScript?

I know JS and i am learning PHP but if I want to make a website, should i use PHP or JS?

Javascript is used as Client Side Scripting Language. You can make programs that will run in client's browser by Javascript. It is must for any dynamic website.

PHP is used in server. But you can use javascript in server by Node.js. It is a very powerful javascript-based framework/platform built on Google Chrome's Javascript V8 engine.

So, you can use PHP or node.js which you like to use.
