I submitted my quiz in quiz factory section two week ago but it still not approved.... why ??

it takes time to approve quizzes ... sometimes result comes fast also

it first has to be evaluated by members/users of sololearn. if it gets enough likes and considered a good question, then there is a chance you might see it in the challenges.
