Display problem ??

Question

I have problem with display.. When i open webpage with my PC it is ok, but when i open with mobile it is not. How to make that i can open with both? And when i inserted a background image i was croped.. So how can i fixed that ??

for compatibility with mobile phones/devices i would suggest bootstrap. or any similar framework for that matter.

it's quite easy to implement. a big css file actually. take a look at freecodecamp, it has a nice and comprehensive intro-course to bootstrap.
