What is the safest OS?

I follow the principle that every prog is only as safe as the OS you drive. What do you think?

Is there a safe OS without any exploits, bugs or security issues? What is the safest? GUI not necessary

IBM AIX is the safest. However, since you probably can't get you hands on that, FreeBSD is the safest free OS and GNU/Linux (doesn't matter which) is the safest free OS that has any software.

And no, there is no OS with *no* exploit, bugs or security issues. I mean, as we have seen in the past months, not even the underlying CPU architecture is free from exploits.
