If you are new to programming, and need an introduction to the integrated concepts of it, Python.
If you are not, then it depends on what you want to do: JavaScript is for web development (functionality), Java is used for Application Development and other more advanced topics, and Python is mainly used for A.I. and Machine Learning, but other things. Python is considered a dying language by some, but it all comes down to POV.

C++, C, Java, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript are the living languages in my opinion. C++, and any of the C-Language family members are languages that have been around for a very long time, and they are definitely not going anywhere anytime soon.

That's a good idea, since Python is fantastic at introducing programmers to OOP programming, and C languages are no joke. 😂

A language that is dying is a language that is presumed to be overtaken in its specialties by another language in the near future, and become somewhat obsolete in contrast to other languages.

Julia isn't any better in my opinion... 😂 I haven't even heard about it since a few months ago.

Python for its simplicity and libraries that can be used during development. Frameworks like Django is a web development site where you can write little code and create a site.
