For Design You start with HTML, and then CSS3 and JavaScript For Functionality You can start with any (c++, c#, java, python, etc); all of those explain you the fundamentals of programming, and each one explain you the structure and specific syntax of the language. All you need is to open your main and start learning. Happy Codes!

I will prefer Python to start first . It is high level but it is super easy to study. It has verity of application from web development, Robotics, IoT, Data analytics etc. If you prefer web development only you can stick with HTML, CSS, JS you can use JS on front end and back end If you like to develop app for android, Java is better option If you like to develop app for ios, Swift is better option If you like to develop app for Windows C# and C++ is better option But you can also use any single language to do all the things. Instead of going for different language specialize in any of some languages. Happy coding...

best place to start I'd say is the beginning c, c #, c+, c++ and then treat it like a rpg and explore the different languages
