Do you have any ideas for some projects I should do?
Preferably in (Intermediate) Python

Best thing would be make a web page and use your python skills for the backend. you can make a superb website that way, and if you want you can just cut your work by downloading a readymade template online

If on Android check out Idea Bag on the store (probably is on AppStore too) there are lots of beginner/intermediate/expert level ideas
