How do I close "get it now" section

There is get it now button in all lessons and I cant close it. İts not allow me to select other lessons ? How do I remove that ?

Are you using one of the apps that only has one language? If yes, get it now! You are missing out on the full version of the app that has all of the other ones in one and is more up-to-date. It is also free.

Yes Im using one language app because I dont have enough storage.. I deleted some photos even for that current app
