I need advice

Okay, I want to talk about problem I faced. First of all, I'm an economist and I'm in my 3 year at university. But recently I found out my passion for programming, and I started to learn it. I started with python, but now I'm learning HTML. And I also found out that I don't want to continue my economy education (I mean master). So I wanted to ask is there any chance for me become a programmer, without having education or I should get 2nd education in field I like? I hope you understood me. And give advice😔

I don't know if I have the right to answer this or if my answer is relevant; but, I am learning to code without getting education in any schools as what you have done. I just read SoloLearn lessons and watch some videos in the internet and try the codes on Eclipse IDE. At first, it was very hard to understand, but as I combine SoloLearn lessons and comments; and videos outside SoloLearn, I think, at least, I continue to understand deeply the logical connections of specific programming language codes. So I believe, if we just keep practicing and keep the motivation in our hearts, we can master it by ourselves. The codes I wrote in my profile was difficult for me, back then, to understand. I am learning java by the way. Don't know if I was able to help.
