-I want to create a portal to report or complaint sexual harassment.
-There are lots of portals already created by different governments. They're not trust worthy and victims don't feel safe to report the issue as It's a very sensitive matter.
-I'm starting work on it.
-I request all of you to post your ideas to make that portal Unique, Secured, Trust worthy

Many would suggest the use of Tor.

I met a lot of people inmy life who claim someone was harassing them sexually when in reality they were not, which is another thing you need to keep in mind.

Give tips on the page for both men and woman on how to prevent and handle harassment.

Offer Counselling to victims.
