Is Academic Certificate or Higher Academic Certificate needed?

I hardly like to be a programmer. But my educational qualification not good.
Is the educational certificate needed to find a job?

I guess you meant really and not hardly, right?
Without good education you need to show even more what you can do than someone with any kind of degree which shows that he got actually tested on the stuff he claims to know about.
So it's harder to find a job (by harder I mean you need to put more work into it), but can be done.
