Is Sololearn the best place for learning new programming languages?

Hey guys, i just wanted to know wheter Sololearn is the best place for learning new programming languages or do you recommend any other stuff where I can enhance my coding skills? (Please excuse my bad english :P thx.)

For beginners it's very good and very helpful community for learning coding, Programming, simultaneously you may study from different sites (gradually you get all the references here, for books also)

This app will give use basic knowledge of programming language. It is good for beginners. Then, you can search for advanced cources.
