Anyone know about CTF??
Is it Legal or Illegal?
How it works i am still confuse can anyone help me?

It’s legal. I’ve done some capture the flag. If you do it from a good site and not against an actual person, it’s perfectly fine. Here’s my favorite CTF site if you’re interested: https://www.root-me.org/?lang=en
There’s also this one that is good too: https://www.hackthissite.org
Capture the flag basically is you and a team go and try to hack into a bot’s information and gather what you need (the “flag”) to complete the game. There’s also a version I’ve seen here and there where it’s you against another team.
