Which one should I learn first?

I will use it for Cibersecury (training for an IT job in the future :D)

I would like to say that it depends on how you will work with them in the future.
If you only need to know of C and work in C++ then start with C++ and then learn where C is limited in respect to C++.
But if you are to work in both I sugest learning C well first, and then extend that knowledge with C++ later on.
