It would better if there will be a contest in every week. Everyone can participate. Question can be Coding/ MCQ or both. It will be language wise or mixed. After completed the first top 10 ranker will get xp or something....

I have wrote about a challenge or contest like online programming contest. But it can be MCQ or small Coding challenge within a limited time.
