Me, personally, do not speak Spanish and may not be able to help you out with the group(s). However, have you tried changing the language to Spanish in the settings? It should change any and all dialogue in the courses, menus, etc. to Spanish, so it may be a little easier to understand. :)

en el ajuste lo tengo en español solo que en las discusiones la mayoria o todos en las respuestas lo explican en ingles y por ello no lo entiendo muy bien

Sí, la gran mayoría de la gente de Sololearn habla inglés, ¡pero todavía hay muchos codificadores españoles dispuestos a ayudarte! Incluso si hay una respuesta que no comprendes, ¡siempre hay Google Translate! Definitivamente no es la mejor fuente, pero puede ayudarlo a obtener la idea básica de lo que intentan decir.
