CSE......Since you are interested in coding as well as software Computer Science Engg. is best.....If you are aiming for programmer or something related to Computer Software.....Go for CSE......
Where as in ECE it deals with electronic components,digital circuits,networks and contains a bit of coding in C and C++ but only basic.....
SO BETTER OPT FOR CSE.......
