Is there any thread where we can talk to professional programmers?

Asking questions about lower-level things for example.

There are quite a few professional programmers, such as myself, in both SoloLearn Q/A and in DiscordApp. It's easier to get our attention in DiscordApp. We only respond to questions here as we come across them. That said, there are quite a few who aren't professionally programming who should be able to help. What sort of questions did you have that would be better suited for a professional programmer?

@Nomeh Thanks but Frankly I dislike asking anything on StackOverflow cause the community is very hate filled and unfriendly when someone is lost and can't be very specific.

@David Mostly about how to understand how exactly computers work, how OS's are written, I'm looking for answers to these sorts of questions, how machine code is interpreted, etc. I've heard C compiles to actual machine code, I wonder if there's any task that cannot be achieved in C. And I also wonder where could I learn more about how the computer works, what's the best thing to start off with?
