how to be expert in c++

i want to be expert but i can't practice every day is there any advice for me?

Yeah, you should practice a lot. My advice is to be creative and to experiment as much as you can. The point is not to learn c++, the point is about learning how to program which Is quite different. Try to solve some problem without any knowledge on how to do it, this will develop: creativeness, programming skills and you'll learn c++ without even noticing it.
