Hi guys, which operating system is better at programming: Linux or Windows.

You can program on every OS in basically the same way.

Linux is free. windows is not.
there is a windows compatible free OS called React OS that is compatible with windows binaries and drivers. Looks vintage but gets the job done if you necessarely need to run a windows only program (aka games)

Depends on what you're trying to do. I like Linux better for most cases but I do web development and it's mostly preference. But in C++ Linux does strive because it have a good native compiler (GCC) and comes with many libraries.
