Can someone explain how i can earn from ads if i put them in my android apps ?

You have to create an Google Adsense account first. Then you have to apply for ads in your app. If your application got accepted, they'll give you set of instructions for displaying ads and you do follow those instructions. They'll ask you for payment details also. Just give them what they want. That's it.
Voila! You got your money in your adsense account and you can withdraw them
