Can I upload game on Play Store(Android), written without game engines and libraries.

For example I wrote ASCII game without game engine or library. Is it possible to do it?

I don't know what their policy is in regards to being able to add something to their store, BUT to answer your question, yes it's possible. I know it's not bound by an engine/library, so long as what you create is compatible with the platform itself. If what you created supports the platform and can run on the Droid, then you should be able to apply to have it added to the store also.
