Predict next Random [Challenge]

Question

Hey,

You obviously cant predict a random number but make it look like you have 😀

(Numbers must be randomly generated)

Not so difficult but handy to know how.

example:

1 -> The next number is the same
1
2
3 - > The next number is the same
3 - > The next number is the same
3
2
1 - > The next number is the same
1
4
