C# required . Net framework to run. U can't install on Android phone. But yes there is many app in which u can run the code mostly they are running online like code playground in this app.

this app had one option for test c# program..thats code playground..but you can't get execution file and can't install android device..it's only support. apk files.

There is a free addon for visual studio you can install on your pc.
It's called "Xamarian".
With this addon you can create mobile apps.

actually the new 2015 visual studio (also the community which is free) has bluit in xamarin which allowes u to compile apk. thats the way u do
