i need to build a program like a personality test but i don't know with which language i can ??!because

actually i need to access to the switches that are selected (to know which switchs are selected more)so i need to data base and web programming languages but l don't know with which language it is easear to do this(actually first for building this program i need to learn that language because i am a begginer), with python or javascript or?

Many languages are suited for this. python,php,java,javascript,c# etc. I'd probably do this in python

I'd use PHP.

The user would answer questions, then click a submit button. The PHP would then process the user input, and output their personality information.

Python is also good. Any server-side language will be easy.
