Can you build a game in 1 hour?

I have found a great YouTube video.

It shows how to build a Breakout game in 5 minutes using a tool. Yes, it is possible :) It took me probably 30 minutes to build the game including the installation of the tool. A great game !. It was one of my favorite games that I ever played on zx spectrum in 80s, it was called Arkanoid. Please share your experience building a game in a very short time. Or the tools that allow you to build games very fast. Have fun.

I need 5-6 days if the game is harder for me to make it. But yes I have build a game for 1 day. When I bould snake game for the first time it took me 2 hours.
I don't use any tools or game engines to make games. Belive me if you want to learn more and to be profesional game developer don't use game engines. Try to make yiur owns tools and engines.
