I also prefer python because of it’s libraries. R is for the more statistical and data science aspect of machine learning. It’s very useful if you need advanced graphs

no, python is way better than R because of the following reasons:
1. python is a bit easier than R
2. python has way more libraries than R. you've got pytorch, tensorflow, scikit-learn etc for ml.
3. python is really flexible. if you decide to move to another field, you can stick with python rather than learning a new language.
