How to use binaries on Python 3 playground?

How can binaries be used in SoloLearn's Python 3 playground?
From where I can get those binaries?
I have tried to get a file from my devices external storage to a program, but the program didn't work by it.
I don't know, how I can add sounds or images in SoloLearn's Python 3 playground?
