Can SoloLearn emulate the 8254 interval timer to support System.Console.Beep() in C#?

it probably works on the computer hosting the CodeEditor. Remember that you are using an on line editor: the code runs on the server hosting the editor and you see the result of the code on that computer.
in your case you run the code from your app, yhe program runs on the server and the server probably beeps.
test your code with an offline editor so that it will run on your system and consequently will make it beep
