Hi i want to know about php is it easy to learn and develop and understand ? If I want to work as php developer how long I will need to spend time to learn ?

By this point in your life, you should recognize what type of learner you are and how long things typically take for you to learn. You can't tell someone exactly how long it'll take to learn something because there are many factors involved. For example, how often do you plan to be distracted and not work on it? (such as right now) All of that time is time spent not working on it, so you're not getting better at PHP while you're doing that. As well, how quick of a learner are you? How resourceful are you? etc...

The problem I see a lot these days is everyone wants life skills, but no one wants to spend any significant portion of their life to have those skills. Everyone wants the quick and easy fix that involves less effort or time on their part; I want my cake and eat it too, but I don't feel like having to bake the cake. That's why I recommend not to approach it in that manner and instead focus on engage into whatever challenge appears, regardless of difficulty or time required. Otherwise what typically happens the first moment a major obstacle appears? "Eh, I didn't want to learn it anyways. Lets go do something else." It creates an evasive type of attitude toward anything that may pose difficulty or take time to accomplish, which is most things that are worth while. If it's easy or hard, approach it head first and with as much integrity.

Think about all of the subjects that you learn in school. Did you learn them quick and easy? Or did you learn each one step by step over the course of many years? Programming, and most subjects, aren't much different than that. You have a lot to learn, a lot to study and much time needed in order to practice/hone your skills. No shortcut to that other than to stay consistent with it and don't put other things before what you say you want. For example, when a friend texts, something comes on TV, you start typing in YouTube or Facebook into your browser, etc... - stop and recognize that you're wasting a bunch of precious time on things that mean nothing at all.
