I created a website and now i need to include a feedback form. what to do?

I need something that gives me an email with a feedback text which the user wrote on my feedback form. I like to use temples or modules for that if there's no other easy option.

Honestly, this is why frameworks are better. You're reinventing the wheel if you're having to code it.

You should be able to Google how to make a feedback form. Or just slightly change a contact form.
