Has anyone been part of a development team?

I'm learning about Agile software development methodologies and I was wondering if anyone was part of a development team that has used Scrum or Kanban. If so, please share your experience of it! How big was your team? Was it confusing at first? Did it help keep everyone on track? Did you struggle at any point? Was it a rewarding experience?

I have we where just 12 in the team it was really amazing and we all worked remotely from different countries

We use more of version control tools to stay Insync GitHub. Pivota tracker ....and a lot more you start from a small team
