I installed the python on my windows OS but whenever i open the application it shows a command prompt screen pls help

Well you can type python code in that command prompt screen. I will usually make a file in a text editor (like Notepad++, Atom, is IDLE) and save it with the .py extension. Then, I will run it using the “python filePath” in the command prompt
