Well you are on one... You can check out tutorialspoint. cplusplus.com is also a handy site to have bookmarked thecrazyprogrammer.com is also pretty cool. If you don't find what you are looking for there just ask el goog.

No problem. A handy tip for getting started with any language is to go through the documentation like it's your Bible. A fun way to practice is to solve some programming problems(for example Josephus or tower of Hanoi(i posted "challenges" for these two with brief explanations if you want to give it a go) or the 100 doors one, there are plenty you can find online) good luck. 👌👌
