How to add infinite input fields (text, select, radio button etc) in html page file using JavaScript?

I want to add infinite input fields in my html page (i am using Laravel Framework) . I want to use add button to add input fields or remove button when i want to remove it from my page. Can anyone help me to do this using JavaScript?

well if u were to use a loop to add inputs and you wanted infinite, it would crash the website

not looping.. only when i click a button or element, then the script add an input element, but without limitation number of input element i can add. I have found the solution. thanks for your reply anyway. :)
