Django-python or ruby on rails or python , which is best as serverside language ? Does huge python modules make it better ?

python has awsome set of modules where php is said to be dying . anyone don't familiar with django can see my site http://tiny.cc/websourceviewer
python made it possible to write that app in just 100 lines . should I kept using python or search alternatives ?

Php has made a comeback with Laravel. both django and rails are equally good. you can use node js too
