Glitch in part of the coding playground by HTML course

Question

I found this weird glitch on an example where if you click run, type in your email address, and then press enter. The coding playground will duplicate in the same frame window with the same example, and it happens again when you run the frame window one.this is just simple HTML code and I honestly have no idea how this can possibly happen since the frame window is about:blank with the playground to put code in there. Interesting Ive never seen that before, also why do you have so many tabs open?
