The link to this code is https://code.sololearn.com/wecu50aPXgrK/?ref=app not mail.php.Even if you used this link,itsnt recognised as a file not to even say a php file.you could create a mail.php file with an app like xammp and here on sololearn you could send info to it through JavaScript's json/ajax

firstly sending info in html to php through forms is not possible on sololearn.Also your form sends the info to mail.php.The fact that your phps code name is mail.php doesnt mean if ever this feature was possible on sololearn,it would work.The link of your code should be
http://mail.php not your codes name
